Sagepuro RO Warranty Terms

What Your Warranty Covers:

Sagepuro RO’s warranty is valid for 1 year from the date of purchase. It covers defects or inoperation of any part (excluding filters and membranes). You can reach out to us via call or email, or contact our authorized dealership/salesmen. We’ll respond within 48 working hours and rectify the defects free of charge.

What This Warranty Does Not Cover:

The warranty doesn’t cover defects resulting from:

1. Improper installation (contrary to printed instructions)
2. Abusive use or improper maintenance
3. Alterations or modifications
4. Fire, extreme temperatures, or environmental factors
5. Water pressure spikes or other acts of God

Conditions for Warranty Validity:

The warranty will be void if:

1. The Reverse Osmosis System isn’t connected to a potable municipal or well cold water supply.
2. Water hardness exceeds 120 ppm.
3. Incoming iron levels exceed 0.2 ppm.
4. pH levels are outside the range of 3-11.
5. Water pressure isn’t between 10-40 pounds per square inch.
6. Incoming water temperature exceeds 45°C.
7. TDS (Total Dissolved Solids) exceeds 1800 ppm.
8. Water is micro-biologically unsafe or of unknown quality.
9. The unit is installed/repaired by an unauthorized person.
10. Service card isn’t updated with the authorized dealer/RO.

Limitations and Exclusions:

Sagepuro RO won’t be responsible for:

1. Incidental or consequential damages
2. Travel expenses
3. Telephone charges
4. Loss of revenue or time
5. Inconvenience and damages caused by equipment failure

Other Conditions:

If Sagepuro RO chooses to replace the equipment, it may be replaced with reconditioned equipment. Parts used in repairs will be warranted for 90 days or the remaining warranty period, whichever is longer. This warranty isn’t assignable or transferable.
